Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
A Glykera Nutrition subscription is a monthly program: you receive a new shipment every 32 days at the retail price of the selected subscription products until you cancel. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days before each upcoming transaction, and a receipt after each successful transaction.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your ongoing subscription at any time after the initial purchase to avoid being charged for the next month. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum terms.
How to cancel
Call 1 (855) 978-8758 (24/7) or email us at support@glykeranutrition.com from — or mentioning — the email address used on your order. To make sure the next charge doesn't process, cancel before the pre-billing notification window (5 to 7 days ahead of the transaction) closes.
After cancellation
Once cancelled, no further subscription charges are made. A shipment that has already been billed or shipped is handled under our Returns & Refunds policy — or contact support@glykeranutrition.com and we'll make it right. One-time purchases are unaffected by subscription cancellation.
